REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

Please email SouthernSoleBootblackWeekend@Gmail.com for refund and transfer processing instructions. Include in the request the legal name(s) under which you registered.
 

  • For refund requests received between December 15th and February 1st: A 50% refund of all fees.

  • For refund requests received after February 1st: No refunds will be given for any reason.

  • Registration fees cannot be applied to future events.

  • For registration transfers (ie: you are unable to attend and you have someone to take your place): A $15 transfer fee will apply.

Complete this form in full (don't forget the verification number at the bottom so that we know you are a real person) and press 'Register'. You will receive a copy of your registration in your email. We'll then send you payment instructions within 5 business days of receiving your registration. Your space is not reserved until payment has been received...so make sure you register early so we can send you an invoice..payment due no later than March 3rd.
